Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Dear Midnight Atelier. The below policies are for items purchased directly from Dear Midnight Atelier.
All sales are final
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including sale items and gift cards. All sales are final. Dear Midnight Atelier reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, or refunds.

Please note, for all return and refund inquiries, contact us with the below information:
- Your Order Number
- Proof of Purchase
- Photographic evidence of the issue
Defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of an incorrect item, we have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after the delivery of your item to request a return.
In the case of a defective item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery of your item to request a return.
Please note that colors appear differently on different screens and are neither considered defective nor incorrect.
Damaged or missing packages
If a package arrived damaged from the postal carrier or did not arrive, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
To be eligible for a return
You must contact us within the specified period with the below information:
- Your Order Number
- Proof of Purchase
- Photographic evidence of the issue
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you both a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are ineligible and will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
